The Senior Associate will support the execution of all functions of the Strategy & Development team under the guidance of the Manager, including Corporate Finance (M&A, Capital Raising, Strategic Partnership) and Investor Relation (IR) activities of DatViet VAC Group Holdings (DVV). This role requires strong background in investment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support DVV senior leadership in conducting research and other supporting activities in relation to the corporate strategy, including but not limited to: industries’ value chain research, new market segments sizing and entry strategy,…
• Support the Manager in all Corporate Finance activities (M&A, Capital Raising, Strategic Partnership) from sourcing to structuring & execution and post M&A integration under the guidance of the leadership, including but not limited to: building valuation models (DCF, trading/precedent comps) and transaction artifacts, coordinating with external advisors (legal, tax, accounting) during due diligence, conducting industry research, value chain analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Support Investor Relation (IR) function, including but not limited to, drafting regulatory disclosures, press releases, earnings scripts, and IR deck; managing the investor database, schedule roadshows, and track analyst consensus; and monitoring market sentiment, share price movements, and peer trading multiples.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience and strong technical skills in corporate finance, investment banking, and investment management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Language: Vietnamese and English
