The Manager will lead the execution of all functions of the Strategy & Development team under the guidance of the Head (or Deputy Head), including Corporate Finance (M&A, Capital Raising, Strategic Partnership) and Investor Relation (IR) activities of DatViet VAC Group Holdings (DVV). This role requires strong background in investment, business development and ideally some experience in IR activities (optional).

• Support DVV senior leadership in defining and refining the corporate strategy in accordance with corporate’s business objectives, including but not limited to: industries’ value chain research, new market segments sizing and entry strategy,…
• In charge of executing all Corporate Finance activities (M&A, Capital Raising, Strategic Partnership) from sourcing to structuring & execution and post M&A integration under the guidance of the leadership.
• In charge of Investor Relation (IR) function, including investor communication & presentation (roadshow, earnings results, strategic initiatives updates …), and brokerage houses relationship with the objectives to ensure consistent, clear, and credible messaging; and to broaden and diversify the investor base

• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in corporate finance, investment banking, investment management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading a junior team of analyst/associate level, managing corporate finance processes (M&A, Fund Raising, JV formation…) and cross-functional projects
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Language: Vietnamese and English
